Our technician Oleg was great. He was on time and even called before his arrival. He was able to diagnosis the problem and make the repairs all in one visit which was very appreciated. He not only fixed the problems, but talked me through what was wrong and how it needed to be repaired. He also spent time to show me how to properly maintain the dryer myself. He was very tidy leaving no mess behind. I would highly recommend Fix Appliances to anyone.

When I called about our machine leaking they were able to send a service repair man within hours of the same day. He determined the problem, called in for the part and within the week ( a couple of days) the machine was fixed. This company was very accommodating in getting the repair done as soon as possible and their service person was efficient and professional. I would use them again if the need arises.
Fix Appliances more than fulfilled our needs with our two appliance problems. Our 7 year old Whirlpool fridge would not defrost anymore and was icing up on a regular basis. I had a pleasant conversation with the agent that answered my call for service and was provided an appointment time the next day between 11 and 1. Oleg arrived at 10:30(early is much better then late!). He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what he suspected the issue to be, how he would test the items first to confirm what needed replacing(defrost timer,defrost heater assembly) and clearly advised me of what the cost would be. He had the parts needed with him and with my go ahead was able to repair our fridge within the hour explaining to me what he was doing and showing me what he was doing all along which I appreciated.. As it turned out it needed a new control board which was the most expensive part, but his price was more then reasonable and lower then what we were expecting! Our fridge is now working A1 again for which we are thankful. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends or family and would also reach out to them if we ever have any issues in the future. Thank you Oleg...you were great!
Were having a problem with the fridge cooling and the technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Good cleanup afterwards and explained things as he went along. Would use again and highly recommend for others.

Fix appliances were super easy to book online and answered all my questions. I was able to book everything online. The installer was punctual and the install went very smoothly.
Replace water system hose w solenoid, diagnosed problem, recommended fix and part ,called Miele together for the part, showed up on time called half hour before as promised did excellent job!
Technician explained the inner workings of all the coils and explained what he was doing at each step, and was very thorough in completing the service.
Dina was wonderful. He finished the work two days before he said he would. He cleaned after himself. And he liked my dog!

I found Fix Applisnces on line and read the reviews, which were all good! Sent a message online and received a reply right away! Set up appointment and technician arrived on time as scheduled! Repairs assessed, quotes provided and parts ordered! I had printed off a coupon for on line appointments and the a coupon was applied to each job! Parts arrived earlier than expected, so repairs completed 2 weeks earlier! Sasha provided excellent service! He takes great pride in his work and is very conscientious and exact! He was also very respectful of my home! I gave already recommended Fix Appliances to homeowners in my complex and friends!

I called to have my Samsung Washer repaired. The appointment availability was next day which was great. Oleg the repair technician was very nice and explained clearly what the problem was and what need to be fixed. Oleg said that there is a part that there is a needed to be ordered and will contact me again to schedule an appointment to have part installed. I was very surprised that he called me back the same day telling me he has the part and if I was available for him to replace the part and complete the job that needed to be done. A couple hours later it was all done and my washer works perfectly! I would definitely use the company again
Very happy with the service! Was punctual and very profession. Very knowledgable in his field. My fridge wasn’t working properly he came in and not only did he fix the problem but also explained why and what happened and gave us pointers about maintaining it to insure we get the most use of out it. High recommend!!!
Serge was very courteous, prompt, obliging and good-humoured. His apprentice was pleasant and courteous. The repair required a return visit with the required part and to perform diagnostic tests. All of his was done promptly.

Seal on washer ripped and so was leaking. Called a few companies and these guys were the quickest to respond. Other companies were saying 3 to 4 days and these guys had it complete the next day. Great service!
After turning on my self clean oven it caught on fire and stopped working. I was sure that we would have to incur the cost of a new appliance but took the risk of calling for service first. Turns out this was a great decision. Oleg came promptly the day after my call, diagnosed the problem quickly and returned to complete the repair in just a few days. And the cost was more than reasonable! Will use this company for all my appliance problems in the future!

We recently moved into a new home and the washer was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. I called Fix Appliances on Friday night and someone was able to come the next day. The technician, Dima, was great he came prepared with the parts for our washer. We needed to replace the drain pump motor in the washer and after explaining to us what work was needed, Dima worked quickly, was tidy and very friendly. All in all we got our washer fixed less than 24 hours after we called, I was very impressed with the company and with Dima. I will definitely be going to them if I have any other appliance issues in the future.

Dima came to our house within 24 hours of our call to inspect our stove which was not working. He diagnosed the entire appliance, testing new parts and then advised the unit was not the issue, but likely power surges within our home. He spent two hours diligently working through the matter explaining things and trying to find the problem. Despite this, he only charged us for the service call. I would recommend Dima and use him again

Our front loading washing machine was not draining water properly and took extra spin cycles to clear it out. We called Fix Appliances and they were excellent to deal with. We got a call back over the weekend to book the appointment and they followed up just before to confirm. Dima was the technician and was very knowledgeable. He walked us through his analysis and what he found and outlined options for the repair. We ended up replacing the pump since we had everything open and we really don't want to have the machine dumped in a landfill needlessly. Dima was great to deal with-tidy, explained all the options. Would certainly recommend and call back for other appliance needs.

I requested online a technician, and I was promptly contacted by phone. The technician came home exactly at the scheduled date/time. Estimate of the job to be done was promptly delivered to my email. After I approved the estimate, I was contacted again by phone to confirm date/time. The same technician (Name: DIMA) came again, at the scheduled date/time. I submitted an online request late at night. First thing the next morning the office called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Technician arrived on time and did not waste any time diagnosing the issue. Fridge was making a really loud noise coming from inside the doors. I thought it was a fan getting stuck. The technician quickly diagnosed the matter as a worn out damper, he also showed me the worn out part. The part was not a regular stock item so he would have to come back. Within one day the part was in and the office called to schedule the fix. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were really impressed! Thanks again!

Dima was great. The washing machine was not easy to fix, due to being in a tight space. He figured out how to work around it and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will call them in the future if needed.

Although they were not able to diagnose the problem, they remained honest and told us what we should do instead (contact the manufacturer) and did not charge us anything at all for inspection. If we end up having other appliance issues in the future, we will be using this company again.”
