My fridge was leaking and I was extremely worried about having a repair person in my home under the COVID-19 isolation requirements. Fix Appliances sent Serge who came with a mask and gloves and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very professional, polite and pointed out that the problem was coming from a leaking pipe behind the fridge which would need a plumber. He went out of his way to show me where the pipe was attached to my water heater, so that I could identify the problem to the plumber. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. Of all times for this to happen, my fridge and freezer decided to thaw last night. I contacted Fix Appliances online and they contacted me within 5 minutes to set up an appointment for today. I wasn’t sure if I could find a repair person during these difficult times, nor did I really want one in my house...but what are the choices right now. I need a fridge and freezer. Dima arrived in a uniform, with gloves, googles and a face mask. He was extremely professional from the minute I met him until the time he left. He explained everything to me and provided 5 star service. Everything works and I’m a happy customer. Thank you Dima for a great job and being so professional. Were having a problem with the fridge cooling and the technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Good cleanup afterwards and explained things as he went along. Would use again and highly recommend for others.

Technician explained the inner workings of all the coils and explained what he was doing at each step, and was very thorough in completing the service.

My technician was Dima. He very courteous and called to let me know he was on his way. My 10 year old fridge was not an easy task, the fridge was not cooling, and the freezer was icing up. Dima was quickly able to diagnose the problem, and give me a quote. He had the part on his truck, and installed a new computer board, de-iced the freezer coils, and put everything back together quickly and neatly. He was very kind and even helped me load the drawers back into the freezer. Many thanks Dima for taking the stress out of my day!

We had a clogged defrost drain and Denys arrived on time, unclogged it and we are very pleased with the whole experience from service arrangement to delivery. Will definitely re-use this service!

Technician arrived on time, wearing a golf shirt with the company's logo on it...very professional. He was careful no making a mess, explained the problem in layman's language, polite and came with the necessary parts. Totally 200% satisfied.

Dima came in right when they were scheduled. He was very polite and freindly. He explained the problem (needed a new part) and was able to provide a quote quickly. They knew the make and model so they had the part I'm the truck and replaced it right on the spot. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them for any other appliance needs in the future.

I was extremely happy with the service. The repair person came the morning after I called. He promptly diagnosed the problem - a burned out fan. He had the part in his truck and was able to repair the fridge on the same call.

Refrigerator broke over the weekend and we called over the weekend. The repair man came on Monday, figured out the issue and ordered parts which came 2 days later. By Friday the fridge was fixed and working well so far. The repairman was efficient and polite. Would recommend.

Ilya explained the problem, described what he would do to fix it and gave us the cost. He gave us updates on what he was doing as he went along, showed me the defective part and then showed me a photo on his phone of the replacement. And before putting the fridge back, he cleaned the floor! The emailed invoice included a clear and detailed account of the work done. Altogether a very professional job.

Arrived on time, after looking initially at the refrigerator advised me what the problem might be and the cost range of repairing, did I want to proceed. He had any needed parts with him. I did and the work was performed quickly and within the cost ranges initially provided. Left the area clean, as he found it. Very positive experience I would recommend.

The technician was friendly, communicative and efficient. The work was completed within the hour. Pleased with the service overall. My only regret is there was a 30 dollars off promotion on their site that didn't appear to be reflected in the bill, and I didn't notice until after I paid- but that's on me.

Fix repair responded to my initial contact within minutes and set up an appointment for the next day. Dima was the technician assigned to the job and was terrific. From the very start he communicated clearly and often. Letting me know what he thought was the problem and the steps he would take to fix it. Both the office (Shani) and Dima made sure that I was aware when the part required was ordered and when it would be picked up and when it would be installed. This was a major repair and took several hours so it was not inexpensive but I felt the pricing for time and expertise was fair. Can’t praise Dima enough. He was professional, friendly and on time. I really appreciated the service.

Technician (sorry forgot his name) was very efficient in diagnosing the problem, providing estimate of work, and returning soon after to install parts - I was really impressed with the fast response to my initial call (on-site within 48 hours) and when repair was made... it would have been earlier, but I was not available for the earlier date. Gave window of time he would return to make repairs and was exactly on time at the front end of the window of time. Would recommend without hesitation and will continue to call Fix Appliances as my first option for appliance repairs... the service and response times and quality of work is excellent. I always worry about the fly by night repair services as you never know what you're going to get, but I think my worries are now over! Thank you Fix Appliances... please don't change.

I submitted an online request late at night. First thing the next morning the office called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Technician arrived on time and did not waste any time diagnosing the issue. Fridge was making a really loud noise coming from inside the doors. I thought it was a fan getting stuck. The technician quickly diagnosed the matter as a worn out damper, he also showed me the worn out part. The part was not a regular stock item so he would have to come back. Within one day the part was in and the office called to schedule the fix. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were really impressed! Thanks again!

Dima did a great job diagnosing the fridge - he took his time and explained everything to me. No pressure to buy his recommended service - I had 30 days to think about it and the service call charge would be credited towards the recommended replacement part and labour. A day later I decided to go ahead with the recommended service and they were able to come back same week! I forgot to ask about the service call being credited and went to call them - but they are so professional and on top of everything, it was credited towards the replacement part without me having to specifically ask. Overall very professional company, I will use them again.

My refrigerator stopped working so I contacted Fix Appliances on line. They phoned back within 1/2 hour to discuss the problem, the repair man came the next day to check out the problem and had it fixed the next day. I found the process very easy and everyone was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Fix Appliances to friends and of course I would use them again. Although I hope I don't have to!
