COVID-19 Updates: What Fix Appliances CA is doing to keep you safe
Dear Customers, we have an update for you about the recent changes that have been happening under our roof. We have also been examining the latest developments about the COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus. Fix Appliances CA™ guidelines put the health & safety of our valued customers, employees and communities at the top of our priority list. We are doing our best to keep servicing every household in putting safety at maximum awareness, especially during challenging days like these.
We follow public health guidelines and recommendations to keep our valued customers, employees, and communities safe. Due to the situation, Fix Appliances CA makes necessary adjustments and changes to our work regulations about safety and health. We have also added a daily in-house routine for our employees:
We are making sure daily that our technicians are feeling well and comply with safety regulations. Most of our customer service representatives are working from home until further notice to keep our community safe. Moreover, we require our employees to wash their hands regularly with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds and acquire a habit of disinfection procedure with sanitizers as much as possible.
Fix Appliances CA makes sure that each technician has:
- Hand sanitizer
- And keeps 6 feet distance from each other.
In addition, technicians must wipe all tools and equipment down before and after entering homes and other necessary steps to help prevent the spread of the virus and keep all of us safe.
We are currently open and work as usual to provide the best service to our valued customers. We feel obligated to keep you updated at all times. So far, we have not been informed of any exposure of our staff & employees to Coronavirus.
Fix Appliances CA is committed by both self & government guidelines to take necessary actions to support our community in such harsh times. We have the honour to serve you and everyone else in this country.

Broken Fridge And Freezer During COVID-19
My fridge was leaking and I was extremely worried about having a repair person in my home under the COVID-19 isolation requirements. Fix Appliances sent Serge who came with a mask and gloves and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very professional, polite and pointed out that the problem was coming from a leaking pipe behind the fridge which would need a plumber. He went out of his way to show me where the pipe was attached to my water heater, so that I could identify the problem to the plumber. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. Of all times for this to happen, my fridge and freezer decided to thaw last night. I contacted Fix Appliances online and they contacted me within 5 minutes to set up an appointment for today. I wasn’t sure if I could find a repair person during these difficult times, nor did I really want one in my house...but what are the choices right now. I need a fridge and freezer. Dima arrived in a uniform, with gloves, googles and a face mask. He was extremely professional from the minute I met him until the time he left.
